Join our low-impact online exercise class to enhance your balance and strength.
About the Event
All levels are welcome in this low-impact chair exercise class that focuses primarily on moves that enhance balance and on strength training. No experience is necessary, and you will have a great time!
Make sure to wear sneakers and stretchy, comfy clothing so you can move easily. You’ll also need a water bottle and a sturdy armchair. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
How to Join
Sign in to your AARP.org account or create an account to register for events. AARP membership is not required. You will receive an email with the Zoom link before class.
