About the Event
Join AARP New Mexico and Oasis for this four-week series to improve your coordination, body awareness, lower body strength, and range of motion by practicing Tai Ji Quan, an evidence-based program. Tai Ji Quan consists of relaxed, circular movements that work with breathing regulation. It can be done standing or sitting in a chair. Classes will be every Monday and Wednesday. Please consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.
How to Join
Sign in to your AARP.org account or create an account to register for events. AARP membership is not required. You will need to register for each class/day you wish to participate in. Pre-registration is required, and space is limited, so register today!
Each participant in this event must complete a liability waiver as part of the registration process. If you would like to invite a guest to this event, they will need to register themselves directly to agree to the liability waiver.
