Audience having fun giving accompaniment by clapping to a senior man dancing with professional dancer a belly dance.

Have fun and connect with others during our weekly belly dance workout! The moves are good for your heart, balance, mobility and core strength.

About the Event

Our 30-minute virtual Happy Hips Belly Dance class is for anyone who wants to gently and gradually increase their cardio function, improve mobility and balance, tone their core muscles and have fun at the same time.

Instructor Maria Amaya will introduce proper belly dance techniques and how belly dance can help you reach your fitness goals.

This is a recurring class on Mondays. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
