This online yoga class fuses yoga poses, stretches and breathing techniques with other fitness moves, incorporating light weights (optional) and yoga straps. Self-care techniques such as hand and foot massages are part of the fun.
The fusion between yoga and other fitness exercises helps develop upper- and lower-body muscle strength and eye and hand coordination and can result in more vitality, improved posture, and a sense of well-being.
