Join us for our August Walk with a Doc event
AARP in St. Louis invites you to take a STEP towards better health and join us for our August walk in the beautiful Forest Park!
This doctor/nurse-led group is a fun and safe place to go for a walk, learn about health, and meet new friends.
The events are FREE and all are welcome!
Walk with a Doc is a series of free monthly group walks that start with a brief health discussion, followed by a volunteer-led walk with our doc or nurse accompanying us.
Participants walk at their own pace, engage in discussion on the featured health topic while walking, and are encouraged to ask questions along the way. Each session is an hour and will start on the back patio of the Forest Park Visitor Center. In the event of inclement weather, you will receive a separate email with additional information.
All levels of fitness, mobility and ages are welcome.
· Registration is required for participation.
· Information must be completed in its entirety.
· Each participant must complete their own registration process.
· Each registrant will be required to agree to the terms and conditions during the registration process.
