Put out the Flame with Anti- Inflammatory Foods
Got aches and pains? Everyday exercise, arthritis and other causes of pain are unavoidable, but you can build a diet from foods that help calm the flame. Chronic inflammation is less obvious, but can lead to heart disease and other serious problems. The best defense is to eat anti-inflammatory foods, and cut out the foods that feed inflammatory responses. Luckily, the foods that protect you are also delicious!
