About the Event
The virtual “Boost Your Brain and Body” series, presented by Body & Brain Yoga and Health Centers Inc., explores how what’s good for the body is good for the brain in a 45-minute presentation followed by 15 minutes of Q&A.
In recognition of World Listening Day on July 18, we’ll explore Breathing & Energy Meditation for Self-Care. Get an introduction to breathwork and energy meditation practices that can help you calm your busy thoughts and emotions and find a place of inner peace. The goal is to help you create mindful habits for self-care and enhanced well-being.
