Develop practical resilience skills for coping with life’s challenges.
About the Event
This 45-minute workshop is part of an ongoing weekly seminar offering a safe space for learning, listening and sharing. The goal is to develop resilience strategies for coping with life’s challenges and to bolster overall wellness. Easing social isolation through fellowship and connection can strengthen resiliency, for example. Our March focus is Digital Detox: the benefits to mental well-being of taking a break from our devices to be present in the moment.
These gatherings are about live interaction and supportive small group discussion, whether you use your microphone or not; cameras are always optional. You’ll also get an introduction to mindfulness practices, along with exercises to hone your skills.
