Developing practical resilience skills can help you cope with life’s ups and downs.
About the Event
This 45-minute workshop is part of an ongoing weekly seminar offering a safe space to learn, listen and share. The goal is to develop resilience skills for coping with life and to bolster overall wellness. Mitigating social isolation through fellowship and connection can strengthen our resiliency, for example. Our March focus is Digital Detox: the benefits to mental well-being of taking a break from our devices to be in the moment.
These gatherings are about live interaction and supportive small group discussion, whether you use your microphone or not; cameras are always optional. You’ll also get an introduction to mindfulness practices, along with exercises to hone your skills.
