Developing practical resilience skills can help you cope with life’s ups and downs. This workshop is part of an ongoing weekly seminar offering a safe space to learn, listen and share. The goal is to develop resilience skills for coping with life and to bolster overall wellness. Mitigating social isolation through fellowship and connection can strengthen our resiliency, for example. In this session, the focus will be on Reflection - looking back and within to build our natural resilience. These gatherings are about live interaction and supportive small group discussion, whether you use your microphone or not -- cameras are always optional. You’ll also get an introduction to mindfulness practices, along with exercises to hone your skills.
