About the Event
Award-winning cookbook author, Terry Walters, redefines sandwich-making with these unique and delicious wraps that are about to become your go-to’s for a satisfying lunch or light dinner. Recipes will include: Tempeh Reuben Wrap, BBQ Tofu and Chipotle Mayo Rolls, and Inside-out Nori Rolls with Watermelon Radish and Avocado.
A shopping list and instructions will be sent to registrants in advance.
About the Speaker
Terry is at the forefront of the clean cooking and clean eating lifestyle movement, which emphasizes whole unprocessed foods. She is a James Beard Foundation Award finalist and recipient of the World Gourmand “Second Best Vegetarian Cookbook in the World” and “Best Vegetarian Cookbook in the United States” awards.
