Take a 30-minute time out for this online workout and get moving!
Put on your stretchy clothes and join in as health educator Jerri Haslem leads us in a series of low-impact exercises ranging from chair movements to weight-training exercises using light weights. We’ll put a special emphasis on moving mindfully.
Practicing mindful movement means paying attention as you move to what’s going on in your body. That kind of awareness can help you ease tension and feel calmer in stressful situations, leading to greater feelings of well-being.
The class is intended for those at a beginner and intermediate fitness level. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
