About the Event
Join AARP Alaska for a four-part webinar series on steps you can take today to support your brain and bone health. In the first session, we’ll focus on brain food — easy adjustments you can make in the kitchen to boost the wellness of your brain.
Though genetics play a role, research shows that some nutrients are especially helpful in supporting brain health and reducing the effects of aging on cognitive ability. Our instructor, Sarah Lewis, will explore how you can positively affect your brain’s health span by including foods with brain-helpful nutrients in your daily diet. She will also demonstrate a few recipes using brain-protective ingredients.
