Get grooving with DAYBREAKER’s Resident MC, Elliott LaRue after a juicy warm-up led by yogi and dancer, Karine Plantadit. This 45-minute dance experience is designed to activate your happy neurochemicals — dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, and endorphins, or D.O.S.E. — and keep you moving, grooving, and smiling. This virtual dance party will connect you with other AARP members around the world and get you out of your head and into your body. This is an all-abilities class and does not require any exercise equipment. Please consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.

DAYBREAKER’s Resident MC, Elliott LaRue has spent the past 2 decades performing throughout the world as an Entertainer, Artist, Singer, Dancer, Actor, and Writer.

Karine Plantadit is a dancer, instructor, choreographer, and yoga teacher.

AARP is collaborating with Daybreaker to offer Daybreaker+ with AARP virtual classes curated specifically for the 50+. Join us each month as we build community and social connection with our live classes focused on exercise, organization, wellness, and more!

This event is free to participate but pre-registration is required in order to gain access to the event. Please do not opt out of CVENT emails, as you will be emailed a link to join the class via Zoom on the day of the event.
