United States Figure Skating (USFS) is the governing body of amateur figure skating in the United States. Portland Ice Skating Club (PISC) is an Oregon based USFSA club serving Portland, the Northern Willamette Valley and Southwest Washington. PISC is the oldest Oregon member of the USFS.

Lloyd Center Ice Arena, Portland, Oregon serves as "home rink" to PISC. However, our members can practice at any one of five rinks in the Portland/Vancouver metro area. Membership is open to skaters of all ages and abilities, fans and skater's family members. Membership in the club includes USFSA membership and a subscription to Skating magazine. As a member of PISC, you can participate in the USFSA competitions and testing events.
