About the Event
Join our virtual Friday jam sessions and enjoy some music-making while learning about the pillars of brain health.
These six pillars are lifestyle choices and activities - from eating right and managing stress to getting high-quality sleep - that support healthy brain function. We’ll also explore the connection between music and brain health and ways you can use music to enhance your daily life and well-being.
Jam sessions will be held on the first Friday of each month through May. You do not need an instrument or any prior music experience. If you do have a drum or other instrument, you are welcome to put it to use!
How to Join
A separate registration is required for each jam session. Sign in to your AARP.org account or create an account to register for events. AARP membership is not required. You will receive an email with the Zoom link before class.
