Experience the splendor, beauty and remarkable story of Longwood Gardens — one of the world’s great gardens — from wherever you happen to be.
About the Event
Years before it was a beautiful public garden, the land on which Longwood Gardens stands in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, was home to the native Lenni Lenape tribe and Quaker farmers. Since then, the land has undergone a significant transformation to become the magnificent property enjoyed by more than a million guests each year.
Come along with us on a virtual visit to Longwood Gardens as we explore how the land and people have shaped, and continue to shape, one another. As we hear the history, we’ll also be marveling at our photo tour of Longwood’s stunning landscapes and displays.
