The second session of our virtual series on Asian cooking features Indian Palak Paneer and the one-pot rice dish Mattar Paneer Pulao.
About the Event
Palak Paneer, or spinach with Indian cottage cheese (paneer), is a popular and nutritious Indian dish that you find on the menu of every Indian restaurant. It has a beautiful, vibrantly green spinach gravy that is super flavorful and healthy.
We will also make Mattar Paneer Pulao, an easy, protein packed, one-pot rice dish with peas and paneer. If you like, you can download a list of ingredients to have on hand.
