About the Event
Come along with AARP Pennsylvania and HUBUB, a nonprofit dedicated to connecting people through language and food, on a series of culinary excursions exploring the essence of flavor-building, food preparation techniques and the uses of various spices and plants across cultures. For Pennsylvania viewers, we’ll also be spotlighting the culinary diversity of Lancaster.
In the inaugural episode of Food Without Borders, we’ll dive into the flavors of Nepal. Discover the secrets of making curry chicken, curry vegetables and traditional Naan bread - using easily available ingredients - from guest chef Mohan.
