We're an all-volunteer organization sending handwritten cards and letters of cheer to isolated seniors in care facilities in four countries around the world. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit founded by teenaged sisters in Boston at the start of the pandemic. There are no minimum requirements and this is a safe remote opportunity which brings joy to both our writers and our recipients. We currently have more than 400 partner facilities around the globe and since April 2020 have sent over 800,000 pieces of correspondence in 32 languages! Once you sign up on our website, we'll email you a weekly newsletter and you'll have access to our web portal where you can pledge to send letters to any location(s) of your choice. We strictly protect the privacy of our seniors (and our writers) so your letters should be general and uplifting. We have numerous blogposts with ideas about what to write and how to decorate your letters. Our Volunteer Representatives are available for questions/support and emails are answered promptly (within 2 business days, Monday-Friday.)
