The Empowerment Factory (TEF) creates and runs programs to help underserved children grades K-8 in Rhode Island to foster the confidence they need to lead successful lives and contribute back to their community.

TEF does this by emphasizing creativity, self-esteem, and civic pride; with program themes of literacy, environmental education, art, and social-emotional learning.
