MENTOR Rhode Island, seeks volunteer mentors for youth in Rhode Island communities. Mentors are screened (including a state background check) and trained, then matched with a child at a public school in one of the communities we serve. The mentors meet with the child on school ground,s and during school hours, for one hour each week, for the duration of the school year.
