Help a child learn to read Here at Reading Partners, we know that the ability to read transforms lives. Reading Partners Baltimore brings community volunteers into 16 schools throughout the city to provide students with the one-on-one reading support they need to set them on a path to read at grade level by fourth grade.

How it works - Volunteers work with students during weekly tutoring sessions using our proven, easy-to-use curriculum. Youメll not only help a student learn to read, youメll also build meaningful relationships and help boost your studentメs engagement in their education. No prior teaching experience is required! Session times are flexible during school hours (Mondays to Thursdays between 8 am and 3:30 pm).

Volunteers can tutor with as little as one hour each week. Become a reading partner today. You can make a lifelong impact on a child who struggles with reading! Visit https://readingpartners.org/volunteer-baltimore/ to sign up
