Reconnection Workshops offer members of the armed forces active, reserve, guard and their families effective ways to work through challenges, improve well-being and build skills through small-group discussion and hands-on activities. Workshop Coordinators collaborate with instructors to plan, deliver and follow up on workshops virtually, serving as technical host for on-line presentations, emailing workshop handouts, communicating dates and providing technical support as needed.

Volunteers are asked to commit 2-4 hours per week, workshops are hosted weekdays, early evenings and occasional on weekends. Flexibility of schedule is helpful.
