Ridge and Valley Conservancy is an accredited land trust that, in cooperation with strategic partners, permanently protects and stewards land in northwestern New Jersey for the benefit of natural communities.

Did we see you raise your hand?ᅠRVC volunteers help defray our costs and foster our community's special connection to the land we protect. As a bonus, volunteers share time with our wonderful stewardship guides, benefiting from the instruction, training, and little gems of knowledge shared along the way.

Our open volunteer days happen monthly, weather-permitting, during the spring, summer & fall. Join us at one of our preserves for activities like trailhead maintenance or invasive removal. Keep an eye on our Facebook page or website events page for upcoming dates & locations. We hope to see you out on the trail!

Skill Desired: Handyman/Painting/Cleaning, Landscaping/Gardening

Matching Interests: Requires Physical Ability (for example, lift 50 lbs.), Outdoors, Family friendly, Environment, Health & Wellness, Sports & Recreation, Animals, Community
