Hospice volunteers may provide service in these major areas:

Participate in ?PATIENT SUPPORT which may include friendly visits, reading to patients, running errands, or writing letters to patients.
Volunteers can provide service is with ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES such as: typing, filing, and other light office work.

Volunteers also attend community events or help celebrate special holidays with our patients. Lastly, if sewing is your passion some of our volunteers sew Memory Bears for our bereaved families using their loved ones favorite piece of clothing or blanket to keep in remembrance.

Skill Desired: Crafts, Writing, Handyman/Painting/Cleaning, Landscaping/Gardening, Medical/Health, Photography, Education/Training
