How does it feel to help save a life? This is your chance to find out! If you have a little free time, love driving, and enjoy meeting new people, the Red Cross has a great volunteer position for you. Volunteer Transportation Specialists deliver life-saving blood products from the Red Cross distribution facilities located in Baltimore to hospitals, using Red Cross vehicles.

Drivers need to be dependable with 3 years of safe driving experience, have a valid driverメs license and to be able to lift up to 45 pounds. We need volunteers to commit to a minimum of two 4 hour shifts. Shifts available Mondays- Saturdays but our greatest need is 12-4pm and 4-8pm Mondays- Fridays.
