YMCA Center for Community Impact

The YMCA Center for Community Impact was created in 2010 in response to the community's request for the YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties to play a leading role in the health and development of kids and families in under-resourced communities.

AREAS OF IMPACT

Teen Development

To ensure every teen has a caring adult that helps them identify their purpose or passion, and achieve academic success.

Childhood Obesity

To ensure every child has the opportunity to receive 60 minutes of physical activity every day.

Spiritual Development

To provide balanced health in spirit, mind, and body by offering hope, healing, and restoration.
