YMCA Camp of Maine

Founded in 1915, the camp has been dedicated to fulfilling the principles symbolized by the YMCA triangle, the development of MIND, BODY and SPIRIT. The camp is a summer resident facility for boys and girls ages 8 to 16 from a broad spectrum of community and family backgrounds which provides a diversity that enriches camp life.

Our lakeside facility is the perfect location for your next staff retreat, training session, family picnic, reunion, or specialty camp. The Y Camp is located on 200 beautiful acres and offers a large dining hall and auditorium as well as several break-out buildings for smaller groups.

Overnight accomodations are available for 300+ and guests can enjoy hiking, tennis, softball, campfires, swimming and boating or just relaxing on the porch overlooking Lake Cobbossee. We offer an affordable menu, serving from hot dogs to lobsters. Flexibility is our specialty!
