The market is unique and hosts a wide variety of vegetables, meat and dairy products grown as nature intended--without pesticides, herbicides, synthetic fertilizers, antibiotics or hormones, and sold by the very people who grew them--"real food with the farmers' face on it."
The market also hosts local musicians each week and seasonal fun and educational activities. When you visit look for guest appearances by local chefs providing cooking demonstrations using seasonal, locally grown vegetables, herbs and other products available at the market. Come sharpen your eat-local skills!
