Worthington Golf Club is an 18 hole public course, constructed by A.P. "Phil" Taylor in the Summer of 1941. Over seven decades later, it is still operated by the Taylor family (3rd & 4th generations).

The course offers a variety of wide, flat fairways for the walker. If you prefer, ride from a fleet of 75+ Yamaha golf carts (with sun visors and windshields). The entire course has nearly 4 miles of new concrete cart paths.

After a round of golf or anytime, visit Wedgy's Grill & Pub, for a quick bite; carry out is also available. If you're planning a golf tournament, catering and banquet facilities are available for 150 people. The outdoor patio and sun deck seats 60 and offers a wonderful, panoramic view of the course. During the Summer months, music and live entertainment is frequent on the patio.

Every year, since 2009, Worthington has been selected as the Parkersburg News and Sentinel Reader's Choice for "Best Golf Course". Some of our members have been with us for over 50 years. Come see why they keep coming back!
