About
The Willie Morris Library is conveniently located on Old Canton Road in Northeast Jackson. The library, which is named for famed Mississippi writer, Willie Morris, contains several exhibit cases about Morris' books, and Morris-themed artwork is available throughout the building for visitors to enjoy. The Jackson Friends of the Library hosts their Applause Series the third Thursday of the month at noon in the library meeting room. Local and nationally known writers discuss and sign copies of their latest books.
