About Us:

Whitaker Farms has so much to offer....fresh, local produce, including our strawberries and tomatoes, gorgeous hanging baskets and an assortment of other annuals, perennial, trees, and shrubs.  We have three locations to make your shopping experience even more convenient!

The main farm is in Climax where all of our produce and flowers are grown.  In addition to the greenhouses, this location offers scheduled school tours, pick-your own strawberries, a pumpkin patch, and seasonal festivals.  You are welcome to come relax by the pond and enjoy a picnic as well!

We also have a retail garden center on Highway 64 in Franklinville, between Asheboro and Ramseur.  Not only can you buy our produce and flowers at this location, but we also have ice cream!

Closer to Greensboro? You can stop by and see us at the Piedmont Triad Farmer's Market in Greensboro.  We are located in the building on right half way down look for the red tent!
