Whispering Evergreens

Whispering Evergreens was started by the Hamilton family in 2009 as a Christmas tree operation, located in Ulysses PA. In addition to the Christmas trees, they grew a fall pumpkin patch and corn maze that has grown over the past 4 years to include a pick your own pumpkin patch, corn maze, hayride, petting zoo, pumpkin slingshot and kids play areas. 

In 2013 Whispering Evergreens was given the opportunity to take over and operate the former Hoopes Turf Farm sod operation. After a fast paced 2013 sod season, and many ups and downs, Whispering Evergreens owner Marshall Hamilton made the decision to partner with Carl Long of Long Farms. In 2014, the pair created the new partnership of Whispering Evergreens LLC. 

With this opportunity we have the expanded ability to provide multiple products for the landscape operations that we supply. With this new business operation we can provide bulk and bagged mulch, topsoil, and sand as well as straw for seed and mulch, live evergreens trees, and of course Kentucky Bluegrass Sod. As we grow we look forward to a quality and prosperous future serving the landscape market.
