Westwood Family Health Center
Westwood Family Health Center has served the Westwood neighborhood in southwest Denver since 1972.
Having outgrown its first home, the new Westwood Family Health Center opened in 2003 next to Knapp Elementary School. The clinic is within walking distance from the Denver Indian Center and a senior housing development.
