The Westford Youth Theatre (WYT) provides opportunities for the children of Westford in grades 3 though 8, with and without theatrical experience to participate in and experience the performing arts. The WYT offers a series of enriching programs that include an annual musical production; theatre and acting classes, and a community cable TV show hosted by kids, for kids (i.e., in pilot). Since inception in 1998, WYT has provided theatrical opportunities to more than 250 children through 6 musical productions, Streets of Westford (Created by Theresa Fingerhut), Wizard of Oz, Souvenirs (Created by Theresa Fingerhut), Oliver,Peter Pan and Annie. Our Musical Production Team consists of the Director, Musical Director, Choreographers, Lighting Crew, Prop Crew, Costume Team and Volunteer Makeup Crew who provide instruction and direction and foster an enriching theatrical experience for the youth. WYT is currently seeking non-profit status
