Mission of West Union Library

To provide an environment that is friendly and conducive to having our patrons avail themselves of our many resources. These resources include but are not limited to:

-Children, youth and adult fiction/non-fiction materials

-Periodicals
-Visual presentations in videotape and DVD formats
-Audio presentations in audiotape and CD formats
-Large print material
-Computers
-FAX and Copy machines
-Meeting rooms for community and organization needs
-Iowa Communication Network room
-Bill and Melinda Gates Coomputer Lab

To provide children and youth literacy programs
To promote cultural activities within the library
To utilize the State of Iowa Library On Line (SILO) to
access materials from other libraries
To promote computer literacy skills for the community
