West End Wreaths was named for a summer retreat in Grassy Creek, NC, our company seeks to share a piece of that peaceful place where the summer forest hums with crickets, and June bugs, and deer, turkeys and other wild game are visible year round.
Owner/Manager Scott Ballard has his master's degree in Education and develops and teaches online and face-to-face college courses such as Whole Brain Learning (with his wife Beckie), Innovative Testing Tools and Professional Learning Communities (with Jami Guercia) and Accelerated Learning. In the off-season Scott also paints (oil) and has had paintings accepted into juried shows. His paintings can be viewed at the West End barn, and the West Jefferson Coffee House, located in the West Jefferson Arts District.
