West Carroll Health Systems is committed to providing quality healthcare service to the residents of Northeast Louisiana and Southeast, Arkansas.  Very active and committed as a community partner, we are the second largest employer in West Carroll Parish.

West Carroll Health Systems is a privately owned for profit corporation owned by local individuals who are involved in the daily operations of our facilities.  Our Management style is a team concept of "together" we can make it happen with a "hands on" management approach.  This arrangement allows the opportunity for management decisions to be made immediately without a board or political arena.

One will find a very diverse medical staff at West Carroll Hospital.  We have ten physicians on staff.  We maintain 24/7 emergency room coverage to meet the untimely needs of our community at any time.  Each Rural Health Clinic is also staffed with a mid-level practitioner to assist the physician in the clinic, hospital, and nursing home.
