Mission Statement
The Board declares that the purpose, function, and objective of the library is to provide the residents of West Baton Rouge Parish with access to books and other resources and services for education, information, and recreation. The library is dedicated to improving the quality of life of parish residents by providing free access to information in both traditional and electronic formats.
