Wayne Public Library

Mission Statement:

The mission of the Wayne Public Library system is to serve the people of the entire community, striving to provide those people with free and uncensored access to all types of informational media for their education, enlightenment, and enjoyment. Special emphasis will be placed on stimulating children's interest in and appreciation for reading and learning. Also, the Library will recognize our communities need for popular and recreational print and non-print materials. These goals will all be met in a friendly atmosphere where creativity and individuality are encouraged.
