About us:

Born in the dorm rooms of Pomona College and nurtured beneath the evergreens of Bothell, Watts Brewing Company is the joyful capitulation to what some would call a "hobby" and others an obsession with all things beer. 

Like many craft brewers before him, Founder and Head Brewer, Evan Watts, brewed his first batch of beer over a turkey-fryer in his driveway. It wasn't very good. Undeterred, Evan brewed another batch, and then another... If you give a mouse a cookie, he'll want a glass of milk to go with it. If you teach a man to brew, he'll want a brewery to go with it. After a few years, a couple of (thousand) batches, and some exhaustive product testing on unsuspecting family members, friends, and colleagues, that brewery is here; the second-hand, Frankenstein brewing kit has given way to a custom-built 1 bbl brewhouse with enough precision to make a German blush.

We are currently putting the finishing touches on our facility and recipes, clearing the last regulatory hurdles, and preparing for our official launch in summer 2016.  At that point you will be able to find our beers on draft at local bars and restaurants, or available by the keg for parties and events.
