Mission:

The Warsaw Public Library exists in order to meet the educational, recreational, cultural and informational needs of all segments of the community. The library shall provide organized collections of print and non-print materials and offer services and programs, which may be of benefit to the community and to provide access to other materials through interlibrary loan.
