About Us:

The Wabash Valley Health Center, Inc. serves the underserved within Vigo County and surrounding communities.

Wabash Valley Health Center has a sliding fee scale discount available for those that qualify.  The discount applied will depend on the number of people who live in the home and the amount of income combined for all living in the home.  Household income has to be at or below 200% of the federal poverty level to be considered.

The center also serves as a teaching facility for students entering health care fields including but not limited to: medical, nursing, athletic training, counseling, and dental.

History

St. Ann Medical Clinic was founded in 1997. Additionally, St. Ann Dental Services opened in 2005. Today, both entities have joined to form the Wabash Valley Health Center, Inc., which now operates as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
