The Viroqua Community Arena is located on the edge of the Industrial Park and houses a NHL size (200' x 85') ice hockey rink. The rink is used for hockey team events, free skating, and skating lessons October through March. At other times this space is available for home and other types of shows, auctions, musical events, reunions, receptions, and more. The building was built in 1991-92 and dedicated in 1992. Over $800,000 in privately raised funds made this building possible. The newest addition is a 25' x 90' heated mezzanine which expands the usefulness of the building throughout all seasons. The operation of the building is accomplished through the work of many volunteers and privately raised funds.
