Mission Statement:
"The mission of the Vinnie Ream Cultural Center is to create an environment where everyone is encouraged to celebrate our diverse heritage and express our uniqueness through experiences in the arts."

History:
The Vinnie Ream Cultural Center is a place of historical significance for the region. It is a place for us to come together in celebration of the beauty and unity of our common heritage and culture through the expression of God-given talents in the arts and humanities.

The two-story brownstone house on the corner of Ross and Canadian was known for many years as the Davenport Home. Now it is the headquarters of The Vinnie Ream Cultural Center. The many dedicated people of The Vinnie Ream Cultural Center believe that a well-rounded community must include arts and humanities. They have worked very hard to establish that belief in the hearts of the citizens of the area..

Our goals include:

-Fostering art careers by encouraging people to develop their gifts and dreams
-Showcasing talent through exhibits, recitals, performances, and historical displays
-Educating the public to the importance of the arts in transmitting cultural heritage.
