The Vigo County YMCA is guided by its Christian mission and values to strengthen the foundations of our community and nurture the potential of the men, women and children who call the Wabash Valley area home.   We are a leading nonprofit dedicated to meeting our community's needs.  We do this by engaging people and giving them the chance to learn, grow and thrive.  We offer Hope for Life to people of all ages, faiths, races, backgrounds and abilities, regardless of their socio-economic circumstances. Through a range of relationship-focused, impactful programs, services, partnerships and collaborations, we will offer hope throughout Terre Haute and the surrounding area by Inspiring Youth, Improving Health, Serving Others and Creating Community.
