The Veterans Memorial of Pleasant View was dedicated on 11 November 2016 or Veterans Day 2016. Funds were raised by selling pavers to honor all veterans, no matter where they lived or served. This was the first memorial in Cheatham County and is located on Pleasant View Road in Pleasant View, Tennessee. A small community of a little over 4000 folks and off of I-24, half way between Clarksville, Tennessee, home of the 101st Airborne Division and Nashville, Tennesee.
