The 18-hole "Twin Lakes" course at the Twin Lakes Country Club facility located in Hamer, South Carolina features 6,100 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 71. The course rating is 67.1 and it has a slope rating of 113. Twin Lakes golf course opened in 1940. This course was built on flat terrain with pine tree-lined fairways. There are two ponds that come into play, and sand bunkers have been incorporated into the design of every hole. The signature hole, No. 8, requires a good tee shot in order to have a chance at par.
