In Fall 2009, Trinity Mother Frances completed its two-phase expansion project, opening a 28,000 square-foot facility and offering new services to the Lake Palestine community. With two family medicine physicians, three physician assistants, and one nurse practitioner, we are able to provide comprehensive care for the entire family.
